100% Internship
At Türk Tuborg, we offer internship opportunities to university students every summer.
With our ‘100% Internship’ program, we provide interns with a chance to experience professional life, develop their competencies and engage in recruitment processes, development programs and internship projects. Our interns gain real-world experience by collaborating with experienced Türk Tuborg teams and actively participating in the projects from day one.

Management System
We implement our Performance Management System to improve the performance-oriented skills of all employees, with their contributions to Türk Tuborg evaluated in a fair and data-driven manner, to support their professional development and to recognize and reward our high performing employees.
We structure our Performance Management System on two main elements: ‘business objectives’ and ‘competencies’.

Remuneration and
Benefits Policy
At Türk Tuborg, we aim to create a fair, balanced and competitive pay structure in the labor market by adhering the principle of equal opportunity and to sustain by rewarding high performance.
Adopting an approach that is independent of individuals, we define job scopes using an international position evaluation system based on job descriptions, which forms the basis of our remuneration system. We consider individual performance, market salary surveys and economic indicators when determining pay rises.
As part of our total compensation package, we support all our employees by offering group health and life insurance, social welfare allowance, company vehicles and comprehensive private health insurance for the spouses and children of employees, along with various benefits such as mobile phones.

Our ‘100% Awards’ program highlights the valuable contributions our colleagues bring to Türk Tuborg, celebrating their achievements and increasing their motivation. Every year we come together at our strategy meeting with the participation of all our team members, to honor our teammates who have deserve the extra recognition with the votes of our employees, and together we applaud our successful members of the 100% Team.
In addition to non-monetary rewards, financial rewards are offered to project members who have completed their projects with a positive financial return. We strengthen our team spirit with high motivation and build success together.

Thanks to our “100% ARI” system, which we launched in 2023 with the joint efforts of our Human Resources and Supply Chain teams, we encourage our colleagues in the production line to think in terms of efficiency and continuous improvement, and offer our team members a digital platform where they are able to share their suggestions to improve our business with our ‘Şöyle Yapsak’ suggestion platform within the “100% ARI” system.
Our “100% ARI” system won recognition with the Gold award in the “Best Recognition and Reward Strategy” category in 2024 at the globally renowned US-based Stevie Awards. Additionally, we added to our string of international successes by winning the Bronze award in the “Most Unique/Innovative HR Program” category in the US-based Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards.

Our Development Journey
With the ‘First Step into the 100% World‘, we welcome our new colleagues with on-site and online training. This program helps those who have just joined us quickly adapt to our organization, culture, values and quality strategy while learning about our business processes.
Through ‘Competency Development‘, we offer our employees the ‘Tuborg Academy Training and Development Catalog’ and prepare an annual training plan for the development of the competencies they need.
For ‘Technical Skills Development‘, we conduct a comprehensive “Technical Training Needs Analysis” each year. In addition to resources such as internal and external training, we apply the most efficient development method which includes executive mentoring to support learning from each other and cross departmental learning
Through the ‘100% Leadership School‘, an internationally recognized training program, we enhance the leadership competencies of our leaders at the team leader, engineer, manager, and senior manager levels at Türk Tuborg.
Through the ‘Internal Trainer Development Program‘, we offer our colleagues the opportunity to become Internal Trainers at Türk Tuborg, continually improving the competencies of our expanding internal trainer group. This award-winning program strengthens the Tuborg Academy and fosters the sharing of knowledge within the company.
Our Digital World
With the rollout of the ‘TAM Platform‘, we have implemented our ‘New Generation Knowledge Universe’, which eliminates boundaries in the learning process, in line with the Tuborg Academy’s vision of digitalization and blended learning. With the TAM platform, which provides access to the Tuborg Academy’s content along with podcasts, online training, videos and reading material from various platforms, we have created a dynamic learning experience which grows daily with more than 50,000 items of content.
Through our ‘Ask a Development Partner‘ process, we help our volunteer mentors at the managerial level guide other managers and executives on leadership, team and business management. In the structured interviews, we develop our competencies and skills through the method of learning from each other within the organization.
Through the ‘Foreign Language Platform‘ goFLUENT, we offer effective foreign language development to all colleagues. Offering development opportunities in 12 languages, particularly in English, this program provides colleagues with placement tests, courses tailored to their level and unlimited live group lessons available at any time of day.

The 100% Volunteer team consists of employees who share a passion for contributing to society. Together with our volunteers, we implement projects that create social benefit while adhering to the principle of 100% Equal Opportunity.
Aligned with our 100% Participation in Global Cooperation strategy, we carry out all social responsibility activities in collaboration with our employees, primary stakeholders and non-governmental organizations in our focus areas.
