69 Films from 28 Countries Featured at the Women Directors Festival Sponsored by Türk Tuborg

The 9th Izmir International Women Directors Festival, sponsored by Türk Tuborg since 2024, took place in İzmir between April 24–29, 2026, bringing together film enthusiasts from across the world.

Organized by the Women Directors Association, the festival provides an international platform aimed at increasing the visibility of women filmmakers and contributing to equal representation in cinema.

This year’s program featured 69 films from 28 countries, alongside screenings, talks, panels, and workshops. Throughout the festival, 5,496 screenings reached 2,415 audiences, while the workshops welcomed 236 participants.
