At Türk Tuborg, we are launching the KÖK Development Program to empower/equip female engineers with the tools and support they need to step confidently into their professional careers.

Through this program, we aim to help female engineers in food, chemical, and agricultural engineering build their confidence and industry readiness—allowing them to take root in their careers with purpose and strength.

Türk Tuborg KÖK Development Program offers dynamic camp experience with expert-led training, real-life case studies, hands-on guidance for job applications and interviews, personal development workshops, and inspiring talks by guest speakers. Beyond the camp, year-round growth continues with online training and mentoring opportunities.
