The Second Term of Our Long-Term Internship Program Gen-T Has Begun

The second term of the ‘Gen-T Long-Term Internship Program’, launched to support young people on their career journeys and contribute to their professional development, has officially begun.
Following the evaluation of applications received between 15 September and 31 October 2025, the selected participants started their eight-month journey in November.
Through the Gen-T Long-Term Internship Program, we aim to provide participants with not only theoretical knowledge but also real business experience. Throughout the program, the interns take active roles in project-based assignments and, by presenting their work at the end of the term, have the opportunity to be directly involved in our recruitment processes.
Offering rotations across different departments, Gen-T helps young talents gain experience in various fields and explore their areas of interest. We also support their individual development through personal development trainings specially designed to help them step into professional life with confidence and strong capabilities.
