Gold Award for 100% ARI from Stevie Awards

With our “100% ARI” system, which we launched in 2023 through the joint efforts of our Human Resources and Supply Chain teams, we encourage our colleagues in the production line to think in terms of efficiency and continuous improvement, and we offer our team members a digital platform where they can share their suggestions to improve our business with our “Şöyle Yapsak” suggestion platform within the “100% ARI” system.

We were proud to be selected as the winner in the ‘Best Recognition and Rewarding Strategy’ category at the Stevie Awards, one of the world’s most prestigious and respected business awards, with 100% ARI receiving the highest score in the jury evaluation and being deemed worthy of the GOLD award.

The Stevie Awards are globally recognized for their prestigious business awards across nine programs, attracting over 12,000 entries from more than 70 countries. These awards recognize the world’s most effective employers and teams.
