International Recognition for Türk Tuborg’s Initiatives

Türk Tuborg’s sustainability efforts were honored at the International Business Awards (Stevie Awards). The company’s employee training and development practices also stood out in the Stevie Awards for Great Employers, earning a total of five awards.

Winning a Silver Award in Sustainability Leadership, Türk Tuborg not only affirmed on the international stage that sustainability is embedded at the core of its business model—not merely a target—but also became the first and only beverage producer in Türkiye to receive this recognition.

Celebrating its 10th year, Tuborg Akademi, which supports employees’ professional and personal development, distinguished itself in the Stevie Awards for Great Employers with the programs it has developed for employees. Receiving the highest jury score, Tuborg Akademi won two Gold Awards in Best Training and Development Program Supporting a Business Strategy and Best Strategy for a Corporate Learning University. This comprehensive learning ecosystem—designed to advance both individual growth and corporate objectives—also received two Silver Awards in Learning/Development Team of the Year and Best Learning and Development Strategy.

Another distinguished wellbeing platform, %100 Quality Life, which aims to enhance the social, cultural, and mental wellbeing of employees and their families, brought Türk Tuborg a Bronze Award in Achievement in Workplace Health & Wellbeing.

Last year, Türk Tuborg also won Gold—with the highest jury score—in the Stevie Awards for Great Employers for Best Recognition and Rewards Strategy with %100 ARI, a digital platform launched through the joint efforts of the Human Resources and Supply Chain teams to gather and advance improvement ideas from production employees.

As part of the Stevie Awards, the International Business Awards ceremony will be held on October 10 in Lisbon, while the Stevie Awards for Great Employers gala will take place on September 16 in New York, where the awards will be presented to the winning companies’ representatives.
