Make a Difference in Your Career with Gen-T: Applications Open for the New Term of Our Long-Term Internship Program

Applications are now open for the new term of the Gen-T Long-Term Internship Program, launched to support young people on their career journeys and contribute to their professional development.

Following the application period from September 15 to October 16, 2026, selected students will begin an eight-month internship journey in November, gaining not only theoretical knowledge but also real business experience. Participants will take active roles in project-based assignments, present their work, and have the opportunity to be directly involved in our recruitment processes.

The program also offers young talents the opportunity to rotate across different departments, helping them gain experience in various fields and explore their areas of interest. We also support their individual development through personal development trainings specially designed to help them enter professional life with greater confidence and competence.

The program will be conducted in İzmir and İstanbul, with applications accepted through Kariyer.net. Candidates will be evaluated in line with our standard recruitment process. Throughout the program, interns will be expected to participate at least three days a week.
