Two Awards from the PERYÖN Value for People Awards

At the ‘PERYÖN Value for People Awards’, organized for the 17th time this year by the PERYÖN Human Resources Management Association of Türkiye, Türk Tuborg was honored with awards in two categories.

We are proud to be recognized in the ‘Engagement, Culture and Change Management’ category with ‘100% ARI, the system developed for our production operations, and in the ‘Practices Supporting Quality of Life’ category with ‘100% Quality Life’, our platform designed to support the wellbeing of our employees and their families.

Our ‘100% ARI’ and ’100% Quality Life’ initiatives were also recognized by international organizations such as the Stevie Awards and the Brandon Hall Group in 2024. With these two awards from PERYÖN, we have further strengthened our achievements in this field.

In addition, we added new awards this year to the recognitions we received in 2024 with our Internal Trainer Development Program in the ‘Value-Creating Practices – Learning Agility and Learning Organization’ category at the PERYÖN Value for People Awards.

We are delighted that the importance we place on employee experience continues to be recognized at both the national and international level.
