Providing products of the highest quality has always been our top priority

Our priority is always to provide our customers with products of the highest possible quality. That is why we base all our production processes on 100% Quality.

At Türk Tuborg, we use high-quality, registered and certified malting barley from both Türkiye and around the world, specially produced for brewing. The top-quality malting barley we use is what brings the unique flavor, aroma and color of our beers. We carefully select the best quality hops from various global regions to create a distinctive flavor. All raw materials are rigorously tested for compliance in our state-of-the-art laboratories. We continuously manage and refine our production processes with a focus on achieving absolute excellence and quality.

Understanding the GERMAN PURITY LAW

Enacted in 1516, the German Purity Law stands as the world’s oldest consumer protection regulation and is globally recognized as the ultimate benchmark for quality and purity in lager beer.

This law mandates that all ingredients used in beer production must be natural and pure, and meet rigorous quality standards. Furthermore, the law requires adherence to traditional methods at every stage of the production process to preserve purity.

Beer must be crafted using only four ingredients—water, 100% malt, hops, and yeast—without any additives. The law prohibits the use of rice, sugar, syrups, glucose, fructose, corn or enzymes, or preservatives at any stage of production. It also ensures that no genetically modified, hormonally treated, chemically altered or substandard raw materials are used.

The water, malt, hops, and yeast must be pure, natural and, of course, of premium quality.

Achieving compliance with the German Purity Law involves rigorous technical analysis, meticulous inspections and thorough documentation of the raw materials, production processes and the beer itself. Regular inspections are conducted to uphold these stringent standards.
