100% Dialogue
We listen to young people and create an inclusive space for dialogue, where their voices are heard and are empowered to express themselves.
When we design our social initiatives for young people, we actively involve them in the decision-making process, ensuring that our actions align with their needs. We host workshops where we gather insights from university students about their priorities, expectations and needs in areas like culture, the arts, entertainment, business life, gender equality and accessibility. This allows us to incorporate their perspectives into the strategic decisions that shape our social impact. Our goal is to strengthen our social investments with responsible steps that provide solutions in these key areas.
We organized ‘100% Dialogue’ meetings in collaboration with the IDEMA and Regenerative Impact Space. We designed processes to create restorative systems and facilitate a collective transformation that includes face-to-face meetings with young people living in different cities throughout Türkiye to discuss concrete solutions for their needs.
