Through Türk Tuborg KÖK Development Program, we support future female engineers in food, chemical, and agricultural engineering by helping them step into the sector with confidence and competence—making a powerful start to their careers.

As part of the KÖK Development Program, whose first cohort graduated in December 2025, participants will receive technical training from leading academics while also benefiting from the sectoral insights and personal development perspectives of inspiring speakers.
