Launching in the summer of 2025, the first of four camp sessions will bring together 100 future female engineers in their 2nd, 3rd, and 4th academic years. Participants will receive advanced technical training from top academics, along with inspiring insights into both industry-specific and personal development.
Beyond individual growth, Türk Tuborg KÖK Development Program fosters a collective learning environment—bringing together young women from across Türkiye to unite around a shared purpose, grow through solidarity, and thrive through empathy and collective wisdom.
