Sustainable Agriculture
We support local farmers by enhancing barley yields and cultivating the high-quality malting barley varieties which form the foundation of our production. Through ongoing collaboration with farmers across Türkiye, we promote sustainable agricultural practices. We aim to foster the development of our business partners in this area by integrating digital agriculture into our processes.

Environmental Management
We operate in accordance with our environmentally conscious approach, rigorously assessing environmental impacts at every stage of our operations. As part of our commitment to environmental compliance, we align with national and international standards in areas such as raw material efficiency, waste management, recycling and emissions control.

Water Management
We are taking steps to reduce our water footprint by increasing the efficient use of water, our primary raw material, and sustainable water management practices. At Türk Tuborg, we not only fulfill our environmental responsibilities but also improve operational efficiency by protecting water resources.

Energy Management
We develop projects to boost energy efficiency and expand the use of renewable energy by integrating energy management into our core business strategy. We are focused on optimizing energy consumption and transitioning to more sustainable sources of energy in production.

  • We will train all our business partners and farmers within the sustainable agriculture ecosystem.
  • We will economically strengthen cultivation regions by encouraging the planting of barley varieties suited to local conditions through regional cultivation plans.
  • We aim to exceed Türkiye’s average yield by 70%.

  • We will reduce our carbon footprint by 30%.
  • We will decrease total packaging weight by 10%.
  • We will reduce energy consumption per product by 19%.
  • We will increase the share of renewable energy sources in our total energy consumption by five times.
  • We will discover at least two new efficient alternative energy sources.
  • We will cut total water consumption in beer production by 35%.
  • We will conduct an inventory of terrestrial freshwater ecosystems and identify water reserves.

  • We aim to raise the percentage of female employees to 35%.
  • We will maintain the 43% level of female representation in the senior management.
  • Our Board of Directors will sustain its 50% female representation.
  • We will continue building barrier-free workplaces and support initiatives aimed at bringing about an inclusive society.
  • The technical and digital competencies of employees will be enhanced to align with our sustainability strategy.

  • By extending our 100% Quality Life programs to business partners and their families, we will support mental health and develop joint projects.

  • We will conduct social impact studies of corporate social responsibility projects and inform stakeholders of the results.
  • Digital agriculture and tracking systems will be integrated across all stages of the agricultural production supply chain to improve efficiency and quality.
  • At least 80% of our fields will be monitored through digital systems.
