At Türk Tuborg, we categorize the value we create through sustainability initiatives into four key areas.
We are committed to having a positive impact on society and the environment by acting responsibly at every stage of our value chain. We continue to strengthen our efforts for a more sustainable world.

Our primary focus is the development of stakeholders and ensuring the continuity of supply. Additionally, we work to raise our awareness of global sustainability issues among our suppliers and support the development of our agricultural partners.

100% Support for Climate Action
We prioritize a responsible management policy that focuses on greenhouse gas emissions, energy, water and the green economy. In this vein, we target high-emission activities, reduce our greenhouse gas emissions and contribute to the circular economy by supporting the deposit system.

100% Contribution to Economy and Business
Our priorities include equality, inclusion, employee development, and occupational health and safety. Moreover, we focus on expanding employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities and women, raising awareness of sustainability among employees and striving for zero workplace accidents among employees and suppliers.

100% Participation in Global Cooperation
Our focus is on driving social development through R&D and innovation. We raise awareness of social and environmental sustainability in society and promote the adoption of new technologies and digitalization in our production processes.

Material Topics
Sustainable Agriculture
We support local farmers by enhancing barley yields and cultivating the high-quality malting barley varieties which form the foundation of our production. Through ongoing collaboration with farmers across Türkiye, we promote sustainable agricultural practices. We aim to foster the development of our business partners in this area by integrating digital agriculture into our processes.
Environmental Management
We operate in accordance with our environmentally conscious approach, rigorously assessing environmental impacts at every stage of our operations. As part of our commitment to environmental compliance, we align with national and international standards in areas such as raw material efficiency, waste management, recycling and emissions control.
Water Management
We are taking steps to reduce our water footprint by increasing the efficient use of water, our primary raw material, and sustainable water management practices. At Türk Tuborg, we not only fulfill our environmental responsibilities but also improve operational efficiency by protecting water resources.
Energy Management
We develop projects to boost energy efficiency and expand the use of renewable energy by integrating energy management into our core business strategy. We are focused on optimizing energy consumption and transitioning to more sustainable sources of energy in production.

Supplier Development
We grow alongside our suppliers, working together to raise awareness of global sustainability. The development of our commercial stakeholders is a key aspect of our sustainability strategy, and we focus on continuously enhancing our efforts in this area.
Equality and Inclusion
We honor diversity and ensure the provision equal opportunities to all our employees. We design our work environments based on our ‘100% Equal Opportunity’ policy. We support women’s employment and ensure equal opportunities for all our employees. In line with our approach to equality and inclusion, we implement projects aimed at increasing the participation of people with disabilities in society.

As part of our Occupational Health and Safety Policy, we aim to improve our success in occupational health and safety each year, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for both our employees and business partners. Through our corporate well-being platform, ‘100% Quality Life,’ we foster holistic health by supporting the mental and physical well-being of our employees.
Social Benefit
We strive to enhance our social impact and spread social benefit by developing projects together with our employees, suppliers, dealers and other stakeholders under the guiding light of our corporate citizenship approach. Through our ‘100% Volunteer’ program, we encourage Türk Tuborg employees to engage in volunteer projects and support social benefit initiatives.

Our 2035 Goals
Supply Continuity
In line with our goal of supporting agricultural development and securing raw material supply;
We aim to strengthen regional economies by preparing Regional Cultivation Plans and encouraging the cultivation of barley varieties suitable for each locality. Through these efforts, we target to consistently remain above Türkiye’s average yield levels.
Carbon Emissions Management
In line with our goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions across all processes within our value chain;
We aim to reduce our Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 10% on an emissions intensity basis.
Energy Management
In line with our goal of maximizing the efficiency of our energy use;
We aim to achieve a 20% improvement in energy consumption per product and continue to increase our use of renewable energy.
Water Management
In line with our goal of minimizing water consumption in beer production;
We aim to reduce our total water intensity per product by 25%.
R&D and Innovation
In line with our goal of increasing the use of new technologies and digitalization;
We aim to enhance efficiency and quality by implementing digital agriculture and monitoring systems across all stages of our agricultural production supply chain. Our target is to monitor at least 90% of our fields through digital systems.
Diversity and Inclusion
We aim to maintain a 43% female representation in senior management.
We aim to maintain a 50% female representation on the Board of Directors.
Comprehensive Wellbeing
We aim to continue our efforts with our zero-accident vision, and to support the wellbeing and mental health of all our employees, their families, and our dealers.
Social Development
We aim to enhance public awareness of social and environmental sustainability by sustaining CSR projects in priority areas for Türk Tuborg and carrying out social impact analyses.
*For our carbon emissions target, the base year has been set as 2024, while for all other focus areas, our targets are evaluated using 2021 as the base year.

KÖK Development Program
Through Türk Tuborg KÖK Development Program, we support future female engineers in food, chemical, and agricultural engineering by helping them step into the sector with confidence and competence—making a powerful start to their careers.
Istanbul Modern Cinema
We have been proud to sponsor the cinema at Istanbul Modern, Türkiye’s first modern and contemporary art museum, since 2015.
Istanbul Modern Young Tuesday
We provide free admission to culture and the arts for young people. Through the 'Young Tuesday' project, we offer all young people aged between 18 and 25 the chance to visit Istanbul Modern free of charge every Tuesday between 10 AM to 2 PM.
1,000 Women in the 100th Anniversary of the Republic with Yenidenbiz
We are proud to be a value partner of the YenidenBiz Association's "1000 Women in the 100th Year" project, celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Turkish Republic.
Summits Supporting Women in Business
We actively support events and summits aimed at increasing women's participation in business, raising awareness and gathering influential leaders from various sectors together.

We support various cultural and art events to increase diversity and inclusion.
Sustainable 100% Future Camps
We brought young people together for an inclusive camp experience, fostering responsible ideas for the future in an equal and diverse environment.
Fellovy 100% Support Scholarship Program
We provide year-long scholarships to student groups, 80% of whom are young people with disabilities, and guide them toward their dreams with the help of our volunteer mentors.
100% Dialogue
We listen to young people and create an inclusive space for dialogue, where their voices are heard and are empowered to express themselves.
