During our recruitment process, our aim is to appoint the right candidate to the right position in line with our quality target and values.

All applications are accepted through our job postings on Kariyer.net. The candidates may also add their resumes to our database by applying to our General Application ad in case they do not find an open position that meets their qualifications.

We evaluate the knowledge, experience and competency of our candidates via competency-based interviews, numerical and verbal tests, occupational personality questionaire, case studies and other evaluation tools based on the requirements of the position.

Our new employees go through our Bira-Der System (Buddy System) and Induction Program in order to facilitate and accelerate their adaptation.
